1Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between The Village Restaurant(hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") in their version valid at the time of the order.

2Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the "Buy" / "Order" button, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart.

3Prices and Payment

The listed prices include the applicable value-added tax and other price components. Delivery costs may also apply. The customer has the option to pay by cash on delivery, PayPal, or credit card.

4Delivery

Delivery is made only within our designated delivery area. The delivery time is typically 30-60 minutes but may vary during peak hours.

5Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission has created an online platform for the resolution of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase agreements.
